Mr Muyiwa Akande, Group Head, Corporate Communications, disclosed this in a statement on Sunday in Lagos.

Afolabi spoke during the celebration of the 2026 Customer Service Week at the company’s headquarters in Lagos.

He said the group’s commitment to excellent service had contributed to the success of its subsidiaries across various sectors.

According to him, exceptional customer service goes beyond meeting expectations; it is about creating experiences built on trust, responsiveness and lasting relationships.

He expressed appreciation to customers for their continued patronage and confidence in the group’s businesses.

Afolabi also commended staff for their contributions to the group’s growth, stressing that their commitment to quality service remained essential to sustaining strong customer relationships.

Similarly, the Coordinating Director of SIFAX Group, Mrs Wunmi Eniola-Jegede, said customer service remained central to the company’s operations.

Eniola-Jegede, represented by the Director of Operations and Strategy, Mr Oliver Omajuwa, said the group remained committed to meeting customers’ needs and exceeding their expectations.

She described customers as the lifeblood of the business and acknowledged the contributions of staff to quality service delivery and sustained patronage.

She said the week-long celebration was held across the group’s subsidiaries, featuring health talks, medical checks, town hall meetings, wellness and fitness sessions, customer visits and games.

She added that other activities included themed dress days, with staff appearing in traditional attire, old-school outfits, corporate wear and sportswear.
