
) Akwa Ibom Governor, Umo Eno, says his administration will continue to implement programmes that will promote the wellbeing of the people.
Eno made the expression while speaking to newsmen at the Victor Attah International Airport, Uyo on Wednesday.
The governor said that his administration would always evolve policies that would engender a better quality of life for Akwa people.
He described his nomination as the Keynote Speaker for the Yoruba Tennis Club Centenary celebration as a ‘rare and great privilege’
Eno said that the nomination would avail him an opportunity to share ideas that would promote nation-building
“The invitation to speak at the Yoruba Tennis Club Centenary celebration is an honour that I will never take for granted.
“These privileges teach me to continue to serve humanity with humility, integrity, and sincerity.
“They remind me that whatever I am doing, people are watching, and that I am not better than any other person,” he said.
He described the club as one of Nigeria’s most respected institutions with an impressive membership that comprised highly influential personalities.
